Doug is responsible for all of the corporate financing and accounting functions.  As the Chief Financial Officer, Doug is involved in the strategic planning and financial planning for the overall financial goals of the organization. Responsibilities include bank relations, financial reporting, economic analyses, cash flow management and loan negotiations.
