Originally known as A.R.M. Development Corp., Elias Brothers Communities has been involved in Naples area real estate since 1990. Our past projects include the Victoria Shores condominiums at Victoria Lakes, North Naples, and two completed neighborhoods in the Crown Pointe subdivision, the Villas of Crown Pointe and Royal Villas.

Our first stand-alone community - the Villas at Greenwood Lake - sold out in less than two years. It was followed by Ibis Cove, the company's largest community to date, which sold out more than 18 months ahead of projections. Elias Brothers also has experience in high-end custom home building in some of Naples' finest communities.

With all of this success as our foundation, a bright future is ahead. Tuscany Cove and Raffia Preserve - the crown jewels in the company's history of development - are the first in a series of new North Naples communities from Elias Brothers Communities.
