Elias Brothers Group Communities Division has been involved in Naples area real estate since 1990. Our past projects include the Victoria Shores condominiums at Victoria Lakes, North Naples, and two completed neighborhoods in the Crown Pointe subdivision, the Villas of Crown Pointe and Royal Villas.

Our first stand-alone community - the Villas at Greenwood Lake - sold out in less than two years. It was followed by Ibis Cove, which sold out more than 18 months ahead of projections.
